Background process that only starts server when on specific wi-fi network

I guess running the unified remote server does use some battery power, or runs the whole background process necessary for the app.
It'd be cool if the server could be launched automatically when on a specific (home, for example) network connection.
The unified remote server does not drain much battery when it is not in use (not much when in use either). It is made to be able to run on very low power devices like RPI.
