Multiple Networks causing issues
I have been using unified remote for some time with no issues. Recently I have installed a network card and have two networks connected (could be more at some stage) for a virtual machine for work reasons. This has caused problems, it tells me to check firewall settings but they are, of course, fine. If I disable the ethernet for the second network, Unified works fine but I then of course can not use the second line on my virtual machine. In the status section it shows no connections however both show in address'. Any advice greatly appreciated.
You are going into fairly dangerous territory, unless you are an IP technician........
You will have to set up routing tables for your computer.
You could start here if you are using windows...... http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/configuring-multiple-network-gateways#1TC=windows-7
Thanks! You are correct in assuming I am not a IP technician but I'm good at following instructions and patient, so I'll have a look into this.
