[WIN10, UR 220.127.116.119 (39)] updater spawns executables in temp / blocked by Firewall

Recently I noticed my firewall blocking some files on startup with UR icon and slightly different names. When I navigated to the temp folder where these files keep spawning I found a whole bunch of them
I'm using the standard plain old win firewall with medium filtering (deny everything, except form allowed ones). So there is no way for me to allow these. Win firewall doesn't have a pattern match rules or certificate check or whatever is not exact path match. And frankly if it even had - I would specifically block everything in temp myself. This is a really bad practice . Please think of something else.
