IR Code Conversion-iTach Global Cache format to Pronto Hex Format
I understand that your app requires the IR codes to be in the Pronto Hex Format. But, I am using iTach Global Cache device and the captured code is in iTach Global format. So, can you provide a conversion tool within your app to convert the captured IR code from iTach Global format to Pronto Hex Format. The IR codes for each button on the remote is very long string of characters and cannot be manually converted and manually entered into your app. Please do the needful
I get the impression that UR has dropped the "standalone" IR transceivers as smartphones and tablets have "blasters" and users want to use them.
The App now captures IR in a different format to that used a few years ago...... specifically for the device on which it is running.
I use a "Keene IR anywhere" which was one of the first IR devices that UR catered for along with the "Global Cache"
I can no longer capture in the correct format with the recent versions of the app.
I have had to keep Version 3.0.23 on all of my phone devices, capture codes with the phone device (receiving the codes over Ethernet from the "Keene"), email them to myself, and add them to my remotes. They are captured in Pronto format with V3.0.23.
