Impossible to connect on Bluetooth only mode

I just bought Unified Remote Full Version for iOS and installed it on my iPhone 6 using last version (iOS 8.4). I installed the server on a Windows 8.1 (version 18.104.22.1688) and on a MAC (Yosemite 10.10.5)
I configure the PC server to be available only on Bluetooth (presentation style where Wifi connexion is not at all guaranteed). Of course, I paired my iPhone and Windows and I can see the Bluetooth icon, configure the PC and do all other stuff I used to on bluetooth.
On iPhone side, it's impossible to detect the server even if the computer is seen as paired and connected. I checked my firewall on Windows (and even stopped it just in case). I do the same thing on the MAC with exactly the same issue.
To be precise on Setting/Network, the only things checked are 'Enable Bluetooth', 'Enable web based client' and 'Enable manager interface'.
To be completed, if I enable all the wifi part, it works like a charm but I paid for the bluetooth feature to make me free and not dependant on Wifi.
I checked the logs on server side and I found the confirmation that Bluetooth is enabled 'BluetoothInterface ; bluetooth: found radio (Microsoft Stack)' followed by the activation message of the BT interface.
Can someone help me plz to setup a bluetooth only connection?

Unfortunately it is not possible to connect to any computer using bluetooth if you are on a iOS device. This is due to limitations in iOS.
