Bluetooth Radio is not available
I just purchased a CSR 4.0 bluetooth dongle to use with my Desktop PC.
I installed all the drivers that came with the dongle, and it connects fine to my Samsung S5. I can play music and send and receive files.
But I just can't get unified remote to work. The server says that Bluetooth: Radio is not available.
But on my phone, it can see the server, however when I try to use a remote, it comes back saying "bluetooth connection problem".
What am I not doing?
With Bluetooth it's hard to know. We have an article that explains how to solve common problems, I don't know if you have already checked it out:
- How to setup Bluetooth on Windows: https://www.unifiedremote.com/tutorials/how-to-setup-bluetooth-on-windows
If after trying that it still doesn't work then it might be a driver compatibility issue on your computer or device. We probably won't be able to solve it right now, but feel free to send us your server logs via the "submit a request" option of the Help Desk:

I'm having the same problem. Did you find any solution ?
