Are you achieving this with Unified Remote?
I've been searching fa a solution fa da exact same thing fa a couple of days now. But haven't gotten anywhere yet, 😒 so I've stopped trying so hard.
what a shame lady, have you come up with some other alternative to this perhaps ?
Has the video been downloaded to your phone / tablet?
If Android just plug your phone into your laptop and copy the file. In windows (on your PC) you can search for the files on your phone in the explorer window, as it might not be obvious where the file is stored in the Phone.
I believe with an iphone you are stuck with iTunes, which might not co-operate.
Here is a remote I made that has a text field to paste your link into, and a button that will open that link on your PC in your browser.
It works in conjunction with a VBS file that is included in the remote folder.
Put the unzipped folder in the directory: C:\ProgramData\Unified Remote\Remotes\Custom\ , then restart Unified Remote server. A new remote "Open URL" will show up in the "Browser" category.
What would be great is if there was a second button to Paste (or better yet the text field already populated with the copied link), but I don't know how to access the Android clipboard with Unified Remote.
Let me know if any problems installing/using.
