When making an XML file for a custom remote, you can do something like this:
<button image="[filename].png" ontap="raisemin" scale="fit" lightcolor="#FFFFFF" darkcolor="#FFFFFF" />
I don't know if this translates to widgets in any way as I haven't tried working with those; and I don't know if formats other than PNG will work. Hope this helps somewhat. (I figure that with this post being 5 months ago you're probably not going to look, but someone else with the same question might.)
Wondering if the following are possible:
- Can I set a custom button so that it spans more than one row or column? If so, how?
- Can I adjust the size of a button, rather than relying on the automatic size?
Specifically, I have a custom remote with two rows of 5 buttons each. I want to add an extra button on each end; this extra button would be narrower (perhaps about 50%) in width than the standard buttons, but height-wise it would span both of the rows rather than being completely contained in one. Is this possible, and if so, how?
